Zoey see, Zoey do...

yesterday after my run, i did a few sets of sit ups. after my last set, zoey comes up to me an lays down right next to me trying to do sit ups herself (she was only able to move her legs up and down). i think this was the first time i truely realized how big of an influence i have on her. i gotta start watching what i do and what i say and basically be a better role model.
