I got a survey from starbucks this morning. Never done one of these before, but for whatever reason to, I decided today was the day to complete an online survey. My favorite question:
Please describe in detail what could be done to improve your next visit to this Starbucks. (Optional)
i go to this starbucks 2-3, at minimum, per week. they know who I am, they know my order, but they don't know my name b/c i just order coffee that doesn't require them to write my name on the cup. it makes me sad when they acknowledge everyone else by name and i'm just the 'tall coffee in a grande cup w/ an add shot guy'
